Teaching is the greatest act of optimism. When you teach filmmaking to the next generation, you’re not just sharing techniques, you’re inspiring new stories that could change the world
- Ava DuVernay | Filmmaker, screenwriter, and producer
As an educator and co-founder of the Beirut Film Collective, I’m deeply committed to guiding the next generation of filmmakers. I believe in a hands-on, practical approach to teaching, where students are encouraged to challenge norms, think creatively, and push the boundaries of their craft. Through the Beirut Film Collective, I’ve helped create a space where aspiring filmmakers can collaborate, learn, and make socially relevant content that resonates on a global scale. My goal is to inspire and equip these future storytellers with the tools they need to craft films that matter and make an impact.
